“Breath and Flow” - Movement and Breath to support the Fluid (lymphatic) System

An introduction to the lymphatic system with specifically designed exercises that can easily be incorporated into any movement class or one-on-one work with patients.

Pilates for Post-Surgery rehabilitation (Breast Cancer)

Theory and practice for anyone who would like to know more about movement in rehabilitation after breast cancer: movements that help mobility, stability and improve lymphatic flow.

For anyone interested in the dance version of this workshop, look at www.tripudiomovement.co.uk

Fascial Fitness Pilates

A workshop on fascia, the tissue of wholeness that connects every part of our body to the other and is rapidly being regarded as the missing link in improving fitness, rehabilitation and even emotional wellbeing.

Posture Pilates

Posture is the ongoing process through which we orient ourselves to gravity and to our surroundings, that is, people, objects and events. Posture also reflects our history; work, lifestyle and possibly even emotional patterns. This workshop will deepen awareness of postural patterns, and teach exercises that help tension release in tight areas and stabilise weak areas.

An Exploration of “Core” - Pilates Exercises taught from the Organs

Organs are an important part of the core that’s often ignored in movement and exercise. Yet an awareness of the organs in our movement practice can add meaning and depth to exercises, support our movements and even help in rehabilitation.
